This app was a gem till the last update. Now, it is so tedious to follow & unfollow others. Too time consuming. Find a better app to manage your social media accounts. This will drive you nuts.

Hey! I can totally understand how this might affect your workflow and I'm really sorry for the trouble here :(

Sadly, due to recent updates from Twitter, following or unfollowing large amounts of accounts in a short period of time is being prohibited for all apps. Twitter is actively monitoring accounts for aggressive following which they define as indiscriminately following hundreds of accounts in a short period of time.

So in order to protect your accounts from being flagged for aggressive following by Twitter and to comply with Twitter rules, Crowdfire needs to make certain changes to these features.

This is why you're experiencing updates to the follow/unfollow experience in the app now. Twitter has more information around aggressive following here - https://support.twitter.com/articles/68916

This change by Twitter is for ALL apps around the world and any app continuing to offer these features is doing so in violation of Twitter's usage policies. This could end up affecting the security of your account and lead to a possible suspension from Twitter.

We're working actively to ensure we can continue to provide you these features in a way that does not violate any Twitter policy. We're in fact one of the first apps to comply with these changes and are working closely with Twitter on all our features to ensure your safety and security online.

I can assure you we're also working hard on more ways for creators like you to share their creations with the world and will do all we can to support you throughout.

I’ve happily used this app to help get some time back into my days by scheduling posts in advance. I noticed some performance issues so updated my app and it was the worst decision I made. I wish I had persisted with the sluggish performance because after upgrading a new subscription feature was introduced which means I can no longer use the app in the way I have enjoyed it. The developers have introduced a new barrier which means I can only schedule one post a day unless I upgrade to a paid plan. Being forced to pay for a feature with no warning of the change is enough to push me to abandon this app altogether and find an alternative app to schedule my posts. It’s frustrating that I can’t schedule even 2 posts a day - there is now no reason for me to use this app at all. Great job at alienating your user base Crowdfire, a subscription model should have been better planned before being rolled out. I’m sure there will be many other users rudely surprised and frustrated like myself and now given the motivation to take their service elsewhere. I will no longer be recommending Crowdfire.

I was actually very excited to use this app. I saw many great reviews and thought I’d give it a go. I payed the monthly $16 subscription for the Pluto pack. All I’ve wanted to do is have the ability to unfollow people not following me. The entire time since I subscribed I’ve been bumped off for lack of better words every time I’ve tried to unfollow a single non follower. So this app is basically useless to me and I paid $16 for it. I reached out over 12 hours ago to your “support team” to no avail. No one has been in touch with me to help me trouble shoot this. I’ve looked around on twitter and this seems to be a recurring thing with your app that’s been happening for quite some time. I’d like a refund please. This app is useless to me.
