Have been exploring the crypto world for a while now and find this to be the best crypto set up for investing/spending. Missing eth and wallet

Started a cold storage wallet- moved ether to it, got a new handset and the wallet and all defi assets (eth) disappeared. Contacted support- more times than I can remember without being provided an explanation or reason for this happening. I’ve asked to be called, to be contacted regarding this matter but I keep seemingly having to deal with a response that doesn’t address any part of this problem. I’ve gone months trying to solve this with the support team with no headway. This isn’t a small issue- it was money for an engagement ring.

They trap your money in liquidity

They trap your money in liquidity and you can’t get it out unless you send another MINIMUM amount of Cro into the wallet in order to unstable or restate from liquidity. It’s really annoying and so typical of CDC always limiting and locking their apps and making it difficult for customers. Have noticed I do much better in crypto the less I use CDC, they put so many arbitrary limitations and blocks all on their products it’s just not worth doing much business with them. I’ve looked elsewhere at other products than CDC and am doing much better.
