Cube is a fully featured app:

▪ Configurable cost and tax rates - configure the hourly work cost for multiple periods of time, and define tax rates for your expenses

Cloud Sync and CubeAnywhere Subscriptions (Optional)
▪ The optional Cloud Sync and CubeAnywhere subscriptions makes it easy to backup your data wirelessly and safely to the Google Cloud and to synchronize it with multiple devices.
▪ No new passwords, usernames or registration required - Cloud Sync uses your existing Google, Google Apps, Yahoo or AOL account.
▪ The subscriptions auto-renews automatically at the end of the subscribed period unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24-hours before the end of the current period. You can manage them directly from Accounts Settings. The subscriptions use your existing iTunes account so you do not have to enter any credit card data. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24-hours prior to the end of the current period. No cancellation of the current subscription is allowed during active subscription period.

Cube requires the subscription of the "Cloud Sync" service, or you can upgrade to the Pro version using in-app purchase.

It works, but it

Cube works. It captures the data you want but data entry is clunky.

A couple of examples.
You want to enter a time window of work, say 2pm to 3.30pm. So you type in 1.5 hours and tab to the start time and enter 2. It defaults to AM. No biggie you think. But try to get it to PM. You have to meet the exact convention they have set, i.e. 2:00 PM. You need the colon, you need the space after the zeros and you need PM in caps, otherwise it won't adjust it. Painful.

You're working on a client and have multiple projects. The selection window for the various projects is too small and you're scrolling through to find stuff. Again, no biggie, but why not make the pop up window bigger?

My biggest bugbear is when it's offline it pops up and tells you and you click OK. Fair enough, but then popping up and telling me it's online so I have to click andother pop up is silly. Why not an icon that's permanent Online/Offline than extra clicks?

And there in lies the issue with Cube. It does work, but there are a few too many hoops to jump through.

The upgrade process kept failing. I had maybe 8 goes at upgrading to Pro before it went through the App Store.

Really good

I’ve tried other ways to record the time spent on Jobs, but so far this has been the most suitable for what I do. It suits graphic design, help me to know what to charge and if in hind site I’ve over or under quoted. there are a few small clumsy things with the buttons but I guess it will be fixed up eventually. All in all I make sure I use it every day. Thank you

Very good for a Free app!

I am very happy with this for a Free app. Does everything you need it to.
Once you setup Clients/Projects/Tasks it is very easy to track time, basic graphs are also handy.
I will be upgrading to pro soon. Good Work!
