Camera is good but app is cr*p
We liked the camera and add-on temperature sensor, as the night vision, quality and roll/face covered alerts are decent. However we constantly experience issues with the app - freezes, spontaneous crashes, audio disconnects, wifi connection lost and unobtainable. It’s laggy and temperamental, despite us having very good wifi. Connecting to new networks is a hassle involve multiple restarts, factory resets and issues with the temperature sensor working. Reconnecting wifi takes multiple steps with loud beeps - not ideal above a baby. For a good camera, this app is such a let down.

Ease your mind & journey onto another brand of baby monitor!
Your motto is “Ease your mind, journey on”. It does NOT “ease my mind” when your app constantly crashes, logs me out and comes up with unstable connection about 20 times a day. This app literally gives me anxiety! As first time parents we purchased Cubo to ensure we had a clear consistent view of our baby but instead we wake to crying and a frozen image or have been logged out and having to enter codes at 3am to get the app up and running again. When you’re already sleep deprived this is the last thing you want to be doing. All the reviews aren’t wrong and your support team constantly blaming the internet providers is bull$h!t. This is a constant and ongoing problem that needs to be taken seriously, it’s actually dangerous that parents are unable to consistently view their child using this app and you have a duty of care to fix it.

Needs more good reviews!
Cubo is actually a really great app and doesn’t deserve the two stars it has currently. The customer support is exceptional and very quick. The app itself has so many amazing features that far exceed a normal baby monitor. The sound quality is outstanding - I can hear my child breathing if I turn it right up. There are occasional glitches, whether that be our home internet or the app. But if it is the app, they rectify it as quickly as possible. We mostly have a 99 percent success rate. I would highly recommend this to anyone wanting an app based monitor.
