Description
What is Curby?
Curby is a fun, secure and rewarding collection solution that helps you to collect new recyclables from your home keeping it out of landfill.
The process is simple: collect authorised materials in your CurbyBag and, once it’s full, tie the bag tightly and attach a CurbyTag. Scan the QR code on the Bag and then put the tagged bag inside your regular yellow lid recycling bin for collection.
The materials collected through Curby will become a valuable resource for use in manufacturing other products, chemical recycling and energy production.
After a successful trial with 2,500+ households, we are now rolling out the Curby Program to 1M Australians.
Anyone in Australia is welcome to register a future interest to join the Curby program.

Fixed, but I’ll wait and see
After not being able to get the email with the code to set up my account for about a week it finally worked. Early days so I’ll have to wait and see how it pans out. Great idea though.

Cool tool for a cool rule
Thank you for making recycling fun! Now we even compete who will have the honor of giving Curby a ride/putting the yellow bin to the road (reminders help as well!🙏😜😂). I especially enjoy the fact that in their rush to win my family send all the points to the one who registered the app -that is me 🎉🥳🤩. Pity they have figured it out already, but meanwhile I am the leader 😂
This app crashes my iPhone X making it unresponsive
This app has worked flawlessly for the first 18 bags then the last 2 bag tags I tried to scan froze the app on my phone screen in the checking services screen. Tonight it froze my entire iPhone X My phone became completely unresponsive so I tried shutting the phone down. My phone called emergency services… I’ve deleted the app. What a shame as it’s a great service but I can’t have an app that locks my phone screen making it unresponsive. Fix the bug in the app please
