somewhat useful but needs work
pros:
- useful stats on water and power usage
- has a lot of potential for improved utility/features
cons:
- didn’t want to add my easybox mini3 pump to app
- app randomly changes languages. have to log out and log back in to restore
- activated the sleep mode using the app and now cannot change settings or deactivate it using the app
- power shower mode on app doesn’t activate/deactivate (from app)
- app doesn’t save user credentials - tedious to keep inputting them
potential:
- app could have access to specific pump manuals instead of just jumping to support website to lodge a service request (which in 3 days hasn’t yet responded)
- app pump stats could have the option for the user defined measurement/reporting periods
- app could have a function to pause pump use (shut it down to get kids out of the shower and for undertaking plumbing works where water has to be isolated or turned off/on frequently.
- the app should be able to control full pump settings including dry run, anti cycling, power shower, sleep mode, set point etc
None of these comments should detract from buying the DAB pump. so far I am thrilled with the performance of the easybox mini3
