Unfortunate purchase

I can't even open the app. It keeps crashing! Says the app is compatible with my mac. It seems I have wasted my money.

Font bugs

I bought this because it looks pretty easy to use and also it was on special price. First thought it is easy to use and pretty easy to set password too. The screen became white and I couldn’t see where the textbox was and had to closed and reopened the app but didn’t fix it until the 3rd time. I’m not sure if it were due to a slow internet connection. Please investigate. Also, fonts - what happened? I typed the journal entry with single line spacing. When I went back to edit, the line spacing is 35pt?! What the? I can’t seem to be able to change it or even “lock in" any font settings! It doesn’t matter how I formatted the journal, it would revert back to this horrible spacing and just normal font (e.g. no bolding or italics when I have applied them repeatedly). Can you please fix it? Otherwise I will have to ask for money back and I’ll spend on something like Day One. Maybe there is a reason why it was on special price. So it’s 3/5 stars from me.

Password Bugs

After making my first entry which I found easy and everything, I set a password. Only problem, is that it takes me back to the password enter screen if I move my mouse or type. I somehow managed to turn off the password but even though the password is off it continues to do this. It’s very annoying and makes the app impossible to use. I’m not sure if this is a bug or just me, and I hope it’s just me because then hopefully others wouldn’t have wasted their money
