Best App Ever
Only just started using this app but I think I have drunk more water in my first day than I have in a week!!! So easy to use and if your like me and know you need to drink more water everyday this will get you doing just that. It reminds me at the times I have set and shows your tally on the app icon which helps keep up motivation. One of the best free health related apps around.
It’s easy to get into the habit of not drinking enough water. Then you forget the importance and miss the signals your body sends that it needs some water - in my case I ate or drank alcohol (evenings only!)
This app is a fantastic way to get back into drinking enough water for your body. After 5 days I feel so much more energised, and surprisingly have eaten a whole lot less! Also do not crave my evening alcohol drink like I used too!
It won’t take long until a good new habit is formed and I won’t need the reminders! But in the interim this app is excellent!!
Btw - i think weight loss will be a side bonus in my case! Yippee!
This app has really helped me get back on target with my water drinking. I set up the reminder times and it works like a gem. Love how it also has activated on my Apple Watch so if my phone isn’t near I still get the reminder on my watch plus I can tap in there each glass I’ve had. Love it!
