좋은 습관 내몸에 쏙쏙 스며들도록 노력하기
첫달은 토탈케어, 이번달은 베이지 케어 하고 있어요.
아무리 좋은 선생님, 프로그램이 있어도 무슨 다이어트든 자기의지가 중요 하다고 생각 해요. 하지만 혼자 하는 다이어트는 힘들고 외롭고 어디서 시작 할지 막막하고 미루만 했어요. 저에게 마이다노는 좋은하루 보낼 수 있도록 하루에 해야할 루틴만들고 동기부여를 꾸준히 해줘요.
전 해외 거주중이고 제가 있는 곳은 아직 코로나로 인해 다시 봉쇄 들어 갔어요.
집에서 한없이 늘어져서 무기력 해 질 수도 있고,
외출도 거의 할 수 없으니 바쁘고 활기 차게 지내기 위해서 그날 해야할 일들을 만들어야 하고 멘탈 관리도 힘들었어요. 하지만 마이다노는 지금 제 생활의 한줄기 빛과 같아요. 그날 해야 할 일들, 식사, 습관들을 알림으로 받고 코치님께 피드백 받으며 누군가와 함께 하는 느낌, 나를 으샤 으샤 할 수 있게 매일 좋은 기운을 받습니다.
오랫동안 제가 가지고 있던 나쁜 습관을 하루 아침에 바꿀 수는 없겠지만
그날 그날 하루 미션, 챌러지 달성 하면서 뿌듯 하고
야식이 가끔 먹고 싶기도 하지만
식단일기에 기록 할 걸 생각 하니 몇번 더 생각 하게 되고, 운동 하기 피곤 한 날은 스트레칭이라도 자주 하려고 합니다. 마이다노와 함께 좋은 습관 가지고 베스트 버전의 제가 되기 위해 노력할게요!
