Devs, don’t be greedy and ask for more access than required. There is no need for this app for access all devices on my network.
Also asks for location after setup every time you open app although setting is never ask.
Else, app worked well.
BUT stores are limited and products are very limited compared to AliExpress.
Hope I received my first item on time soon.

I am utterly disappointed with the service provided by Daraz App yet again. It's been 8 days since I placed an order for a book, and to this date, it hasn't arrived. This is not the first time such an incident has occurred; it seems to be a recurring issue with Daraz.

The lack of accountability and transparency in their delivery process is appalling. Despite paying for expedited shipping, there has been no indication of when I can expect to receive my order. The constant delays and excuses are unacceptable.

It's evident that Daraz prioritizes profit over customer satisfaction. They lure customers in with enticing deals and promotions, only to disappoint with their inability to fulfill orders in a timely manner. This pattern of behavior is deceitful and reflects poorly on their credibility as an online marketplace.

I strongly advise potential customers to reconsider using Daraz App for their shopping needs. Save yourself the frustration and inconvenience of dealing with unreliable service and invest your time and money elsewhere. Daraz has proven time and time again that they cannot be trusted to deliver on their promises

I am relatively new in getting supplies, online using the Daraz plaform, and my experince haven't been bad until that with regards to purchasing a table tennis net with posts and clamps. The goods were received by guards at our houing, as for earlier procured items.
With my absolute horror, I noted supply of a wrong item with a much lower price BDT 1100 for the item requested versus BDT 740 for the item supplied- isn't that horrific?
Then, I initiated the return process using the app, requesting for pich up of the item from my home. The following day I receved a message asking me to drop off the item at a Daraz outlet- was that right?
Thus, I went from Mirpur-7 to Adabor to drop the item. On my way back home, I received a call inquiring the time to pick up the item- shouldn't we regard these as total mess.
