With Dark Noise 3.2 all widgets have been rebuilt from the ground up to work with the new macOS interactive widgets! This means you can now start and stop sounds through our highly customizable widgets all from your Notification Center, or even directly on your desktop without the need to open your app.

Nice selection of noises

crystal clarity with the sounds included in this app. The rain variations are spot on and are really good for night time listening as is with the fireplace/campfire ones. The keyboard one is good for listening in places that are a bit busier. Overall a good selection and is a good alternative if I get sick of listening to music but still want sound in the back of my head.

Perfect for Study!!

no complaints, this is an amazing app that i've had for a while and just downloaded onto my new mac. its so good at distributing the sound evenly for a nice experience. i play it in the background when reading and/or studying !! def recommend - from a gen z

Good, but too expensive for Pro tier

I do like the app and the long fade sleep timer, however the price is far too high for what’s being offered. Lucky there’s a free tier. But lifetime access was far cheaper before they changed to a subscription model. I wish I found this app earlier, and would purchase the lifetime access if the price is lowered.
