App unable to connect to wi-fi

iPhone Wi-Fi under settings is connected to the dash cam, however when in this app, it is unable to connect to the Wi-Fi to access the camera. Restarted the dash cam and I could connect, however when I pressed “Continuous” in the app, it loads forever until it prompted the dash cam will restart recording due to inactivity for 2 minutes. After this, it could never connect again until I have to restart the dash cam but the same loading issue persists. Restarting my iPhone, forget and reconnect Wi-Fi connection in settings and delete and reinstalling this app does not solve the in-app’s Wi-Fi connectivity with the dash cam despite it is connected in iPhone’s Wi-Fi in iPhone Settings. Extremely disappointed for such a reputable brand.

Does not connect to wi-Fi

Having paid a lot of money for what I considered to be a high quality dash cam, I am really disappointed that I am unable to connect to wifi whilst in the app. I am able to connect in ‘settings’ but as soon as I open the app, I am told that there is no wifi connection. This is despite following all instructions on line and even after calling the thinkware customer service people. It seems like many others are experiencing a similar issue so an update and fix to the app would be greatly appreciated

Need to update frequently software of thinkware app

App is not great need at all. I spent $700 to get f770 dash cam and after wifi connected when I opened app it say wifi not connected what a joke ?? It all connected still lot of bugs. I got in my iPhone SE second gen latest software iOS 14.2 beta version but app is not working. Could you please updates or upgrade the app software sir so it can be worthwhile to spent that much money.
