A Hidden Gem
I was randomly recommended a video featuring Daniel on YouTube. His mannerisms and explanations were so fluent and understandable, I was disappointed to see a lack of his videos on YouTube.
However, after investigating his website, downloading the app and taking a risk of an $9 a month subscription I can confidently say it was completely worth it.
I was pleasantly surprised to see a wealth of information posted on such a well designed app. The flexibility program exceeded my expectations and has been exactly what I have been looking for ever since I started surfing.
The nutrition section is also decent, providing great ideas for meals. As this app looks relatively new I hope to see a more comprehensive recipe guide in the future.
