Printing roster

Can’t print roster when using new template. That isn’t good enough at all even considering going paperfree it isn’t always possible! Please allow printing!

Business- don’t do it!

My company integrated to this app over a year ago and there have been nothing but problems ever since. It will never ever work if you have staff that are casual hours or part-time, especially if the hours worked aren’t the same each week. For instance, if you are rostered on Monday to Wednesday but one week your employee wants to swap a day worked; your employee can’t just fill in a timesheet for day worked because Definitiv will pay that as overtime/extra hours and require leave to be taken for day swapped out. Bad record keeping capability. Also, the payslips don’t have any breakdown of PAYG tax, just shows lump sum, it should show monies gone to HELP debt, etc. System also regularly mispays employees, so all employees have to scrutinise their payslips each pay cycle. This is the common issues found each pay cycle. SERIOUSLY, DON’T DO IT, you will lose so much time and productivity and have some pretty annoyed employees!

Not user friendly

When you submit your timesheet the add equipment should stay there . You use the equipment on the first job and again on the next and so on you have to keep adding the items every job you should be able to keep those items you may have 6 jobs on the day at different times and same equipment you may have 5 items of equipment to add each time
