I don't think they like money overly much
I'd absolutely love to purchase the (considerably expensive) Premium subscription to this app, but it seems Degoo Backup AB isn't all that interested in shutting up & taking my money.
It's beyond me why. I ordered the subscription (which includes a generous two week trial) but I think someone, somewhere failed to let my app know, as the trial period expires in two days and despite me emailing them for support three times, I never received a response of any kind. Sadly, therefore, I'm forced to look elsewhere for a photo storage app to throw $135 at every year.
Hang about... don't those Gooble people offer a similar, yet vastly superior service? And for free you say... 🤔 SHUT UP AND TAKE MY- oh
Rip-off
Absolute rip-off company this one. Paid for a lifetime license a long time ago to store photos. A Degoo Bot emailed me a little while ago to say I violated their terms with copyright photos and they would shut down my service. I appealed and explained it could only be wallpaper collections from various sources and that I would remove them, which I did! A week later I got email to say their decision was upheld!!!
So a word of advice, the lifetime deal is a scam, they scan your photos and they close your account after taking your money without due process, and without giving you a chance to right whatever was wrong.
Avoid at all costs because other do better
