Still a lot of improvement needed.
This is a poor implementation of a smartphone app. For a start much of the information displayed when paying is in a very small font. Users must know their account number before they can view bills - these should be stored in the app. Users cannot store credit card details but, worse, when CC details are entered all the field default to letters even though ALL the fields are numbers. The DEWA app has a long way tp go yet!
