A very busy home page , too much information and too busy a screen for a smartphone sized screen . Once your used to that it’s an impressive app , great features and all you need to purchase easily . Compared to similar apps and sites ie Temu , the Dh gate app has a greater range of products at cheaper prices than most and in a large range of colours , not just black .
They need to decide what the most important number is , Order number or tracking number . Pick one and make it the primary on all screens and orders please . For the customer this makes things so much easier .

No products have arrived as yet, 2 orders incorrectly addressed , 1/2 address correct the rest was an abn that is not mine and doesn’t exist . Australia post were great and quickly got the parcels going to the correct address . Seems to be a Chinese software issue , doesn’t seem to work with addresses that are too long .

Good/Be Aware Of Stores/Customer Service

During this coronavirus I know it takes longer for items to be scanned and sent and I get that however it doesn’t take more than 3 weeks for that to happen as I seen some orders I’ve order through stores done within a week and the longest was around 7-8 days now I’ve allowed an extra 2-3 weeks from the time the order has been submitted and provided a tracking number in case of items taken longer than necessary I’ve noticed some items sew patches onto jersey’s but still even though it feels bulky I suppose can’t be too fussy however all items have looked as picture so far and I’ve been more interested in basketball or hockey or NFL or MLB Jerseys now even with the stores just be careful as multiple stores have multiple items though not all seem to send items and don’t seem to be legitimate at all they reply with generic automated messages now...

if you want to find customer service wether your in the app or on the safari or internet page just scroll down the left hand side where you have orders, messages and all other selections and down the bottom is customer service it takes you directly to the page where you can find your order dispute your order provide evidence and upload and then wait a few days and request DHGATE Mediation if the seller doesn’t reach an agreement with you.

Absolutely great! Just always read reviews to be safe!

The app works wonderfully, the discounts/sales are on often and the coupons always help with shipping costs which can be a little high (shipping to Australia). I always check the seller’s info - their overall amount of sales, the rating they have gotten overall, and the reviews of an item I’m looking to buy. I also usually contact the seller to ask for additional photos of the item to help assure they are legitimate, and don’t buy anything from a seller who says they don’t have any photos, or if they don’t reply at all (you can see when a message has been read, which is really helpful due to the time difference between countries/if they are a busy seller). Be patient and understanding if there is a language barrier problem, and treat them as you would like to be treated! I’m met some really, really wonderful sellers who go above & beyond to help make sure I’m getting the item I need. I wish the app would notify you when a seller sends you a message, but that’s really the only thing I think they could improve on! If you use common sense, patience, and good manners, you’ll be sure to have a great shopping experience!
