Happy to review my initial 1 star review that was due to unwatchable Nick Cave concert, where we gave up after 45 minutes of frustrating buffering and stop starting.
We received an email from Dice that night and the next day received a new link. That link worked, we enjoyed the concert and had only a few tiny little “stumbles” during the stream. Thank you for the quick action.
Extremely shady business tactics
Absolutely disgraceful ticket management of the Sugar Mountain event. Being unable to transfer tickets to friends or have any option to resell within the app is completely unacceptable and down right shady. I can only assume you deliberately closed these options to try and force more people to buy full priced tickets and put more cash into your pocket. I bought a ticket for my best friend whose partner died this week in an accident and I had no option to try help her resell it. Completely unbelievable that on top of her mourning, she had to deal with losing $120 on a ticket to an event she was looking forward to attending. And how about the fact that you got Sugar Mountain to post in the Facebook comments yesterday that you were working to fix the transfer option and then did nothing about it before giving us radio silence? Disgraceful.
