Missed out on NFT because of double verification

Bought $300 of eth to transfer to my MetaMask wallet so I could mint an NFT and guess what? Last second I had to verify myself a second time,, I started freaking out but sent all my stuff through and got a message saying it’ll take 5 days for them to let me withdraw funds or transfer any coins… they could have At least made you double verify when you signed up not last second when you try to transfer funds, pls make it more known instead of hiding it in the settings bc now I’ve missed out on something that could’ve made me 1000+ thanks. 👍
