Great crypto trading app for Aussies! Low fees, easy ro view info, deposits to wallet using instant funds transfer methods (eg: PayID) show up instantly as they should (unlike other apps that wanna pretend ‘instant funds transfer’ isn’t instant!) - ability to micro invest in partial coins (eg: buy $5 worth of bitcoin) and ability to use crypto in your wallet to pay bills if you want to!
Absolutely love it so far well done devs!
Missed out on NFT because of double verification
Bought $300 of eth to transfer to my MetaMask wallet so I could mint an NFT and guess what? Last second I had to verify myself a second time,, I started freaking out but sent all my stuff through and got a message saying it’ll take 5 days for them to let me withdraw funds or transfer any coins… they could have At least made you double verify when you signed up not last second when you try to transfer funds, pls make it more known instead of hiding it in the settings bc now I’ve missed out on something that could’ve made me 1000+ thanks. 👍

Hi Bopstic, we have extra security around sending crypto to protect against scammers that attempt to take advantage of our customers. Most account upgrade requests are processed within 24 hours, with 5 days being the absolute maximum. Bad UX is a big cost
After some costly experience over their bad UX, I resorted to leave this here. You shouldn’t unverify someone’s account without making them aware of it. Understand there were emails being sent out, but people don’t read emails as we get thousands of them and 90% are promotional emails. These changes should’ve been communicated a lot clearer in the app.
Was a big fan of this app, I recommended this platform to my Aussie circle repeatedly, but this bad UX has got to improve. I can’t recommend this level of service to my family and friends.

Hi Furschia, we're sorry to hear about your negative experience with the platform. The changes you are referring to were done to protect the security of our customers.
Specifically, 2FA was made a requirement in order to send crypto externally. This makes it harder for our customers to become the victim of scams and protects the integrity of our platform.
All affected customers were notified via email, and all customers were still able to trade and receive crypto as well as deposit and withdraw AUD.
