I reported an issue with their game over 3 weeks ago. The issue was the moment I pressed the SPIN button on ANY game, the spin button changed text to say STOP but the games reels do not even start to spin at all. The game doesn’t freeze entirely, bc I can navigate back to the lobby and buy credits etc etc .... but when I press the SPIN button - nothing happens with the game T all. When i contacted support via email, they said they can see there is a fault on THEIR end and it wasn’t an issue my device. They have said that they have fixed it 2 times now - but it still has the same issue. My concern is that benefits of playing the game daily have been lost bc I haven’t been able to actually play, credits that I purchased have also disappeared from my account too. I don’t think anyone should be charged to play a gambling game if the game is not working 100% - Eg. If this was a slot machine at a casino it would be shut down bc it was faulty which would prevent people from losing their money on a faulty slot gambling machine..... and the developers who are pocketing $$$ from ppl whilst their system is severely broken = is extremely bad. Apple are also profiting from this situation too - and by continuing to all ppl to repeatedly by credits but the entire game is severely faulty = is poor business practices from Apple as well.
