Disappointment

Some time ago you deleted my favourite game, European Vacation. It was brought back again for a short time and was once again deleted. Why was this? Many of the games that have been introduced since this occurrence are 2nd rate at best. My initial 4 star rating was based on this game and l am afraid my rating has dropped to 3/5, l rarely play DDC these days as a result. Other than this l have found it to pay out reasonably well on the few games l do play and l was fortunate enough to have a decent jackpot win not too long ago. Please allow me to delete games l do not like and bring back games l do enjoy playing.

Be warned - you can buy billions of chips just to find them disappear.

Besides the regularly low pay schedule, sometimes you might think chops are missing.
Maybe they are and maybe they aren't.
But just now, I logged into my account to find my Black Diamond level reduced to Blue; and 2 BILLION chips vanished from my account.
I had spent hundreds to accrue that many and in the last two days, while in hospital, 2 billion chips have canished, or been resumed, or whatever that DoubleDown doesn't cate about as long as it got your money.
I've tried contacting them but they don't appear to want to know about it.
Be warned.
If you like to watch flashing lights and graphics, and are willing to pay sums of money to see them, then go ahead; give DoubleDown as much as you can spare, but be aware that on the site there is a warning, albeit quite unobtrusive, such as you see on regular slot machines regarding gambling which itself should tell you are going to lose your money if you don't already know that. Just be sure how much those pretty lights are worth.
Those "pretend" payouts are still awarded on a variable-ratio schedule - the same thing that real slot machines use that makes them so addictive.

Was Better

I have been playing Double Down now for over 10yrs and it was better then than it is now, not everyone can afford to pay for more chips to bet higher so we’re unable to win the jackpots because we don’t have the chips to do so. Me I have never once won a jackpot in all the time I have played because I am unable to afford to bet the amount that is required, maybe you should give the rest of us a chance to be able to win a jackpot so it becomes fairer.
