Disappointment
Some time ago you deleted my favourite game, European Vacation. It was brought back again for a short time and was once again deleted. Why was this? Many of the games that have been introduced since this occurrence are 2nd rate at best. My initial 4 star rating was based on this game and l am afraid my rating has dropped to 3/5, l rarely play DDC these days as a result. Other than this l have found it to pay out reasonably well on the few games l do play and l was fortunate enough to have a decent jackpot win not too long ago. Please allow me to delete games l do not like and bring back games l do enjoy playing.

Makin' money
You started out by using the same psychological hook of regular slot machines that are the proven most highly addictive rate of turn, hence the one game where the casino ALWAYS wins.
You've never advertised or admitted your Pay Schedule either.
A while ago you introduced a good incentive that gave players something back for the money they gave you at times to buy those valueless chips -- the games where 70 spins in a row netted the player 3m. Big encouragement that at the same time displayed some recognition and respect for your players.
Too much perhaps in your minds? So you stopped that and introduced these ridiculous little side "challenges" and so forth that simply are not worth the time to look at them.
Oh, and those little "come on in" things you send out, offering thirty free spins? You do realize, don't you, that players aren't all that stupid at times and those games returning a whole 50k for what would have been a 300k investment just act as a big turnoff and warning for that particular game.
Not enough chips to play in tournaments
I would just like to see every tournament where you dont have to bet a minimum of 450 or500 chips to be trying for a jackpot when you do not have enough chips, sometimes you have just 1 less for what ever you want to bet like the chilly game and you can still be in it win or loss ,just for the ppl like me who don,t always have the chips but want to play on the tournament times.
