Moving into a city apartment 5 years ago, I was reluctant to spend my personal time washing clothes with my busy schedule. I decided to outsource most of my chores to gain more time, Dryz was my go to service for laundry! I’ve used them fortnightly for the past 5 years, the ability for them to pick up my dirty clothes at a time that suits me and also dropping it off has been a game changer - everything comes nicely folded with no fuss. I highly recommend this service for anyone that is time poor and rather invest the time they have into other things of priority.

Been using dryz weekly for about a year for wash and fold. Absolutely love having my washing picked up from my door and returned 24-48 hours later clean and nicely folded for a reasonable price. In that time there have been delays less than 5 times. The only thing I would say it’s if I’m not sure they tackle stains as at least the tougher stains are still there when returned washed.

We started using Dryz when we had our second bub. Washing was just too much to deal with and Dryz made it so easy! the drivers are always friendly and if we have a problem with the service it’s always sorted out straight away. Have recommended Dryz to lots of our friends, particularly when new bubs come along and washing is the last thing you can be bothered doing! Thanks Dryz!

They completely ripped / destroyed a shirt. Tried to return it me without saying anything, and then when I called it out and said I need compensation for this destroyed shirt, they have said we are just an App, that it’s not their responsibility and have palmed it off to the actual remote dry cleaner factory who won’t respond to emails or calls. They are also now hugely overpriced compared to any local dry cleaners / ironing you will find (more than $1-2 PER shirt for ironing - a lot of you go 10 shirts or more).It’s a scam avoid Dryz, get to know / support your local dry cleaners and save money.
