Redeeming problems
Every time I try to redeem points for Velocity there is an error, but the error box is blank (just says ‘Ok’). Only works occasionally - very annoying.
Rubbish app
This app is pretty much a rip off or a kind of scam since it freezes halfway through surveys and even if you can complete a survey, 90% of the time you get an error message without a message in it when you try to redeem your hard earned points for a reward. You can try on the website but is also rubbish.
Generally OK
It kind of does what it’s meant to. But there are occasions where you’re half way through a survey and the app stops responding. I’m going back to using the website for now.
