App is not working as expected and support is awful
Dyson link app is having issue with the robot’s activity page. This could be a bug so I contacted support and one of the agents advised this is an expected behaviour. Sent support agent the evidence that this should Not be working as expected then I hear nothing from her.
After 2 Days, another agent on the same ticket sent me the generic article to map my home. I have done it many times trying to resolve the issue myself, also uninstalled and reinstalled the app but the issue still persists. App is not working correctly on the robot’s activity page but no one can help me resolve the issue.
Dyson products are great, but their support is appalling.

This product is terrific! The app is a genius idea! Especially when I’m in another space and can’t get to the remote I can still control the levels and settings. The auto setting is great, just leave it in at let the Dyson do the work! Very helpful when I’m cooking dinner. The highest fan setting is a tad noisy but considering I don’t have it on high all the time it’s very quiet and selecting night the night time setting you hardly notice it. I’m interested to see how it operates during fire conditions and also summer time since I’ve only had it for a few (Sydney winter) months.

Better experience on iPad needed
The app is fantastic on iPhones, however when it comes to an iPad there's little to say. iPad version seems like a blown up version of the iPhone app. I, like many use an iPad in addition to an iPhone and have the app installed. With so much real estate to be utilised, the iPad version of this app lacks use of it. For years I've envisioned that it would look great in Landscape mode with more options or the house positioned to the left of the screen with controls on the right, but this has never occurred. I would love to see the iPad app refined to take advantage of the screen size, the ability to use part of the app as a widget on the home screen an added bonus! I've invested $1000s of dollars to this technology, ideally would love to see some further improvement on the iPad app!

Hello, we have taken on board your feedback and are happy to tell you that we have reintroduced a swipe motion. This function is slightly different, you will need to swipe from the edge to switch between your products. Your products are also still available to select from app menu.
