Hello is anybody there?
My child and I loved this app and it easily replaced all his other learning apps and for an affordable price, however it has become stuck on the learning path and will not allow my child to forward or collect the tickets in activities he needs for the games prompting him to loose interested in the learning activities. I have tried contacting support, the Facebook group and reinstalling - All to no avail. We are disappointed, if it wasn’t for this technical issue and lack of communication this app would get 5 stars from us.
Please fix it or we will be cancelling our subscription.
Update:
It has now been two weeks and my 6 complaints via the app, app review, Facebook group, and emails have still all been ignored.

god my child know so much now thank you for releasing this app this app is like the best thing ever but there’s only one problem I’m new to this app and I don’t know anything about emails anything like that so just send me an easy one please something and if you can tell me if your girl or boy OK and I really need to know OK now I’m gonna say
My child is getting boring. Will you top more tickets
First we love this learning apps specially with my son. Then a few months he earned 600+ tickets but when my son is planning to buy something there’’s some problem that he lost all his earnings. I commented already on your app website but no respond even here in apps store.
As we paid this for an annual, my son is getting boring as he played some games learning and it took time to finish then he just received 3 tickets for about 10 mins. I saw my son is GETTING BORED as he can’t buy any of items because it takes time to earn which is we paid this for annual.
I cannot leave my son to play for whole day just to earn tickets.
We allowed him to play at least for only 1-2 hours.
This apps need to update and give more number of tickets to earn. And also need to have at least 1000 tickets to start.

We PAID this, so this must give more earn tickets.
