Hands down the best trading app for mobile!

Recommended to me by my friends, I’ve been a skeptic since so many of trading apps I’ve tried are terrible. However, I could not be more satisfied and have been ver pleasantly surprised. The layout is easy to navigate and understand, the app never crashes, and fund management is seamless. Perfect for opening and closing trades on the go!

This brokerage platform is a fraud!! Stay away!

Open a VIP account in Australia last week.I attempted to open two tickets, while the application did not let me, anyhow without confirmation the next morning one hour after market open the positions were submitted automatically without my authorization.I call their customer service, spoke to Johan, he promised to verify what happen.Then call again to place two orders and be able to extend the expiry date since position have a very close expiry date. The same manager guided me through, and mention that rollover is easy and free if required. So I did my trading.Still had other problems with the application since often trades without verifying your ticket. The virtual version cannot be trusted due to the same glitch of the real. You don’t know easily if you are trading real or virtual. Then called them again today six times to rollover my position. The mangers after knowing it was me, he said that he had to take another call and would call me back. Four hours later called them again, kept speaking with different people who would care less.So, overall I am going to report this brokerage firm to ASIC as a complete fraud! Stay away! Date today 17 March 2020.

Overall is good. But the app is crash quite often. And they should add more notifications for the app, they only tell about 20 pips until the stop loss. But I think I need more than that. For example, in the others broker’s app, they have noticed when my trade hit stop loss, take profit or trailing stop. So we can easier to keep track of my trade and decide what need to do after that.It would be a lot of help if they add those functions into the app.
