EasyPark - Parking made easy 4+

I've had to make an account multiple times, go to park and my license plate has disappeared once I try to add my details a message pops up saying the characters are incorrect... I am unable to press continue, when I know it is my correct details and then have to use the parking meter anyway.
There are lags when you try to start the payment, definitely not an EasyPark.
The spinning wheel is not convenient and just seems like a gimmick, honestly a simple press start to park and then press end once I am back at my car. Tried to extend my stay and would not let me.

Only good thing is the map system to find your correct zone.

How dare you force us to select “agree” or “don’t agree” on your terms and conditions without letting us read the terms and conditions before we agree or not agree. Disgraceful behaviour. I have a right to know that if I’m two minutes late my car might be towed. How do I know if this is a condition of using your app. How do I know that I have to be 5 minutes earlier than the time given how do I know this is a condition of using your app. How do I know that if I take you clowns to court I will have to pay all the legal fees even if I win. How do I know… I don’t. I just “agree” if I want to park my car. I either agree or I don’t use the app. App downloaded… app terms and conditions not available. App deleted. I’m now researching how to complain to Apple. Complaint to Apple pending.

This app has always been trouble-free and very convenient for me in Melbourne, so I was delighted to see Easypark widely used in Italy. But I can’t use it in Italy because I would have to download the Italian app, which is for all practical purposes impossible to do (I would have to cancel every subscription). With Uber, I can use it anywhere in the world - why not Easypark?
Edit in response: Yes it is possible to set a new location and download the app, but the consequences to my Australian account are so horrendous that no one would ever do it! With other apps such as Uber, I can just use it anywhere in the world without thinking twice.
