Information concerning your rights on holidays and how to claim them in the language of your holiday country is provided by the App of the European Consumer Center (ECC-Net), namely in 23 official languages of the European Union as well as Norwegian and Icelandic.
In case your situation is not covered completely by this App you may also contact your European Consumer Center (ECC) directly. We exist in all EU Member States plus Norway and Iceland.
