Request for more options
As I am a traveller who would be flight frequently, I would like to request for more option which suitable to mine and others travellers. As my next trip will be end of June from Melbourne through Singapore and will be land in Phnom Penh, Cambodia. I want to take sometimes or days to travel during I’ve arrived in Singapore. Then in couples day I can continue will flight from Singapore to Phnom Penh. But my return way, I decided to just few hours transit in Singapore to back to Melbourne.
If you can arrange and design this option, I do believe that much more people will enjoy using yours app. Because nowadays, peoplelove traveling without wasting their opportunity in each destinations and time.

App is fine, EDreams are a scam!
This company acts as a third party, taking booking on behalf of service providers. I booked a car rental through them. Booked it for a month, but my situation changed and I needed the vehicle for just less than three weeks. Before returning the vehicle, I called an Alpha car rental administrator, I tried to contact both Edreams and Cartrawler but could not find a phone number for either. He confirmed exactly what a second Alpha administrator has subsequently explained: It is not uncommon for vehicles hired through third part companies to be returned before the end date on of the original agreed upon date. In this case, once the amended rental period has been confirmed by both parties, Alpha car rental accepts the payment for the dates of the actual car rental, not the original ordered dates. So the service provider confirmed they would accept payment for the actual rental use. Edreams however have refused to refund the difference owed to me. They are in fact not even responding to my emails and I don't believe there is any way of calling them? This business practice is unethical, stay away from them at all costs.

WORST BOOKING AGENT I'VE EVER USED
Booked from Port Macquarie to Melbourne with Qantas, eDreams made my connecting flight from Sydney a Jetstar flight instead of Qantas and didn't advise? I wouldn't have accepted Jetstar as they are notorious for cancelling flights at the last minute.
When I arrived in Sydney after my first flight I discovered my Jetstar flight to Melbourne had been cancelled, eDreams did not notify me and Jetstar have said it's eDreams responsibility as I booked through them and are their customer. So now I'm stuck in Sydney, I can't leave the airport to get a hotel because otherwise I'll have to quarantine for 14 days as per the rules at the moment.
The whole experience has been a complete joke. The website also doesn't let you access your boarding passes?? It made me download the app to get them and still said I can't receive boarding passes. So many things wrong with this service, I so regret going through eDreams and never will again.
