Unreliable since software upgrade
I used to love these plugs and have 11 of them that worked flawlessly but recently they upgraded the software and since then they have become very unreliable and are almost always ‘unresponsive’ or ‘offline’
It’s extremely frustrating and unless they fix it I will need to replace them

Simple to set up and control your power outlet. Not too many options.
Broken
Worked great then just broke. No longer works at all.
