Getting in early for Christmas this version brings some improvements to the handling and validation of leave request attachments, fixes some issues with costing to workorders when editing records of work a couple more additional tweaks.

This update includes a few general bug fixes and performance improvements to keep things running smoothly. An issue where ad hoc allowances that had been costed to a record of work were being duplicated or split incorrectly is also fixed.

Sometimes bugs can be great - the ones that help pollinate your garden vegetables for example. But bugs when you want to just get your timesheet done are not so cool. This version fixes issues for users with multiple roles only being able to cost to their main role, ensures plant costs factor in break periods, solves issue for people using am/pm where the choice was not saving in all cases, allows complete missing hours just like the core, and removes the pesky problem we created by automatically adding a decimal separator into the duration field meaning some users were trying to add another.

With a bunch of cool stuff for silicon users we think this updates got the goods. Thanks for the feedback you wonderful people. Choice is important so this version gives users the ability to control how they enter time and durations. Manual, Slider? totally your pick. It also gets rid of some annoying gaps like allowing breaks in timesheets and also more choice - if you are entering time respectively you can do it by duration or end time depending on how you feel.

We have been having a good play around under the hood to allow the mobile app to figure out if you are using the new version of elementTIME Silicon or if you are still on Aluminium. But we couldn't resist putting in a couple of sneaky things for you as well - If you are a manager you can now view advisory notes and if you have access to plant well you can cost outside of worked hours. We made selecting cost centres easier (if there is only one choice then you don't need to make a choice it will just be picked for you - you are welcome). We also fixed an issue with really long notes getting cut short and a couple of other bugs.

Nothing much to see here but a few small tweaks to ensure the app is all ready for upcoming releases in core. Oh and we fixed an annoying issue causing the app to freeze for some users when selecting 'add workorders' to timecards or the real time recorder.

We have decided we need to get a release up before the switch to elementTIME Silicon so here it is - with this version users can now apply for leave direct from daily timecards, auto complete missing hours with leave and we threw in some fixes for a couple of annoying bugs like requiring comments with leave requests. A little dress up and design for Halloween included an updated display to show unapproved leave hours and just some general treats that fix up some tricks that were occuring around task management.

Its spring so to celebrate this version includes some general clean up and then we decided to chuck in managers mode functionality as well. So for everyone out there with worklflow rights you can now manage your tasks in the new managers mode. Leave requests, excess time, higher duties, and of course those timesheets. You can approve them all (or not). And if you don't have workflow well this version also includes new workorder groups. So yay.

We know it can be easy to be lazy so rather than risk you having an outdated app this version of elementTIME prompts you to update. We also solved the issue with ad hoc daily allowances and favoriting roles that are not your master role (and hereby breaking the app), we also found and fixed an issue preventing you submitting your timesheet with eNPS ratings. Pretty much this version of the app is like adding even more awesome to your phone - you are welcome.

Check who is away from your phone - this release means the team leave calendars you have access to in elementTIME core are now available to view on the mobile app, we have also defaulted the start and end times on your timecards and real time recorder to your expected start and end hours (for those of you with expected hours of work).
