Great for tracking

Though I prefer the older interface for the daily reading. The newer app is superior and give great data especially if viewed through the Dashboard. What I would like to see is the Symp/Psymp balance graphic available for random readings I like this app above many of the others I have tried. I have used more technical programmes clinically for about 10+ years and this is the easiest one that give me the information I need to monitor adaptability.

New update is awful

I’m very disappointed in the latest update. The app seems to have lost capability in trying to achieve a snazzier look. I’m finding it more difficult to navigate & far less intuitive. There is less flexibility and it gives me less control.

I really dislike black screen mode & there doesn’t seem to be (or at least I cannot find) any option to revert to white screen. The timer numbers are partially obscured or split over 2 lines. I cannot find any option to restore paced breathing in morning readiness. Monthly averages have disappeared. And I can no longer get a numerical result for data like CV - only a graph.

I suffer a lot from ectopic beats. I used to be able to monitor that during my reading (cancelling part way through a reading if any occurred). I can no longer do that. It’s very frustrating as I will now need to keep repeating entire readings if I find them affected by ectopics.

The only welcome addition has been the addition of a section of breathing exercises.

I’m really hoping these issues are resolved in future updates or my days with the elite HRV app may be over

Unusable even with recommended hardware

Bought Corsense HRV monitor to use with this app, but it only occasionally works. Most of the time, however, it connects to the app, the app says it's recording but then either doesn't have any data (literally none) or will record for only 14 seconds. This despite reporting no signal artifacts and a good recording.
Spent an hour today trying to get a reading. Tried to reset app, reset monitor & reset iPhone. Also tried delete & reinstall. No luck.
On the few occasions over the past month when I have been able to get a reading, it could be wildly inaccurate (I've never had a 250bpm heart rate while meditating, but this app apparently thinks I do).
Had hoped to use this with clients, but it is currently unusable.
Very disappointed.
