Deleting issues without warning

I understand that upgrades are needed for apps, but to delete issues backdated issues that are over 12 months old without warning or email to subscriber (could've given us a chance to catalog some images). Furthermore, all my Country issues are gone. Please contact us for clarification!!

Sneaky app update deletes my back issues

I subscribed to Elle Decoration on iPad as a replacement for the hard copy version with the understanding I would have a digital archive of my purchases for years to come. Then Hearst Magazines decides to delete all issues over 12 months old that I have purchased. This is not the way to keep subscribers. Subscription cancelled until Hearts sorts this out.
