Brilliant customer service and worth the money
Having tried many free email signature applications on the web, I found all of them complicated to upload to Apple Mail, despite instructions they were either too technical or simply did not work.. or said free.. until you want to upload, then they wanted payment.
Then I found this app. I had to pay upfront but I thought many were asking for payment anyway and way more, and the reviews for this products showed great customner service.
AND that was what it was. Simple tool to fill in, instructions on how to upload images etc.. although at times I found some of these tricky to understand Laurent service was FIRST CLASS. Laurent provided clear instructions on what I was doing wrong and always responded the same day… we were in different timezones, so we had to manage with that.. but I knew when I woke up, there would be a reply. Could not have got better service and delighted that I have a professional business email signature and am now creating a few for my other personal accounts. best money spent.
Really Great but could get better
Really loving ESC. It works really well once you get used to the way you install pictures and icons for external use. I chose flickr. Good instructions were easy to follow. The templates are really useful although you can’t change colours of individual text. You have the choice of theme colours and you can dim text. Would like the option to change colours and style of text individually. I hope we will be able to create our own templates and edit the existing ones down the track. All in all a really good program that have given me very professional looking signatures for my emails. Worked perfectly with Spark.

Wow, after trying to google how to make an email signature for my mac, I found this app and its the best money I have spent. I have limited computer knowledge and after becomming stuck on one of the steps I was surprised at how quickly Laurent replied with a screenshot to show what I was doing wrong. Fantastic service and this actually prompted me to write my first ap review. THANK YOU
