So grateful; life saving

After feeling like I’ve been gradually losing the Battle for Mental Health for some months, my psych recommended me this app and it is, in terms of being me able to consistently render data for her to triage and apply the best strategies, almost single-handedly helping to turn the tide.
Simple to adhere to, succinct in the trends it compiles for me. Kindly worded and discreet to use at word. Submitting any or all of the compiled data to my psych literally took one minute. Even the option of adding txt each day is proving to have great catharsis as a journalling device.
I have never bothered to review an app, but this has been a possible life saving intervention for me, and continues to be an easy constructive daily maintenance. I’m grateful to those who developed and maintain it.

Helpful for anxiety, changed my life.

This app is so amazing and it is completely free!! Very easy to use and no adds. It lets you track and rate your anxiety, depression, elevated moods, medication, sleep and weight and more. Everything I’ve been looking for in one place. Helping me get organised and recognise patters has been life changing for me. 10/10 would recommend.

Great tracker but one big concern

Thanks for a great mood tracker. It’s quick and easy to use, which means I use it every day. I like the added functionality for a small fee too. I initially thought the scales may not have enough granularity but have found the simple 4 point scale is easier and more consistent.

I am concerned, however, at the default inclusion of ‘weight’ as a daily measure. As someone with an eating disorder, I have found this very unhelpful. My understanding is that guidelines recommend that people should weigh themselves no more than weekly. I strongly suggest reconsidering this feature.

Developer Response ,

Thanks for your review! You can actually turn off the weight tracking point under settings -> customize default tracking points :) Not sure if this is exactly what you're looking for? You can also choose to not track weight daily, and the graphs should still show up fine.
