Love it

I’ve been playing this game for a few years now
And the thing I love about it is you don’t actually have to pay to progress in the game. Every now and then I will pay for a PoV challenge as they have great prizes/rewards but I can go months in between paying for anything and still progress.
There are always new challenges etc to do and if you find yourself in a solid alliance, you get so many kick backs from titans and participating in wars. The main issue would just be that things can proceed quite slowly if you don’t pay for anything ever but you do still move forward.
Small Giant are always bringing out new angles, new heroes and new challenges - I still enjoy this game as much as when I first started it.

Ads block game play and sadly spoils the game

Been playing the game for years, maybe 4 or 5 years. Liked it so much that I would have spent a few hundred dollars I guess in that time. But they just keep putting more and more icons for buying stuff on the castle home page that when playing on my phone makes it hard to play the game. Also as you move around the game you have 4 or 5 of these annoying pop ups , pop up, every time you come back to the castle home page , every time, the same pop ups over and over. Like if you weren’t tempted 30 seconds ago or a minute ago or whatever … why would you be tempted now? Seriously ruining an otherwise very good game . Please fix , less money grabbing and more game please. Anyway, all these ads mean I have stopped spending money on the game and will probably stop playing soon, I am that sick of repeating ads, over and over. Please clean up the game from too many ads. You are sadly ruining what was a great game …

Suggestion for accessibility

There needs to be a way to turn off all the flashing/high animation. Staff have made a good attempt to let you dim colours but all the flashing/animation esp of special moves is extremely difficult for someone with sensory overload/autism/visual issues.

I LOVE the game that the premise is simple, colour matching to win, bonus content like building characters. But any type of flashing without warning or options to turn it off can be both upsetting and dangerous to neurodivergent or epileptic people.

I've been playing for ages and being disabled/sick I love just mindlessly playing, when I can't do anything else but I have serious trouble competing in raids and special levels bc I get sick from overstimulation.

There should be an option where you can play old levels for free with either no or low rewards so that you aren't constantly shut out by the timers. Yes, if you want to do extra stuff I understand why you might pay for gems etc (I have sometimes) but being constantly shut out of the game is alienating people who love it. Even if you got to play until you lost x amount of times, that'd be something.

Also if you've worked to gain things for a special summon and you've done the work, it isn't fair that the summon theme ends and you're waiting for months for it to circulate back.

Also you should be able to sell excess items for rewards like gems or plays etc.

I think if they fixed this stuff you'd have 5x the player base :)
