The worst app
The app is so bad it makes me want to change electricity companies. Not only is it just basic and you can barely see anything other than your bill but now I can’t even use it but thought I’d wait a few weeks and not hop on the bandwagon of putting up a bad review and just wait it out but I still can not use it. This would be fine if the website showed me everything I needed but nope it doesn’t. How have you still not sorted this issue out after almost a month of complaints
The app won’t even work!!
I have done everything by turning my phone on and off then reinstalled the app same thing! The app literally doesn’t work it just keeps on loading and is blank all white but nothing comes up.
I was very excited finally there was a app for my electricity bill then next minute doesn’t work nothing works and it’s very disappointing. Thought with the new update it will finally work but it remains the same! Absolutely NOT WORKING!!!
Can I make a suggestion? When I pay for my gas bill for example, could you update in the dashboard to show “paid” instead of just a pop up note saying it will be processed within 48 hrs. Right now, I can still see the “pay now” CTA and it can be confusing or misleading for users as they may pay the bill twice.
Up to six family members will be able to use this app with Family Sharing enabled.
