The ePlatform app gives students and patrons access to eBook and Audiobook collections at the tap of a button. Start reading and listening anytime, anywhere. ePlatform is optimised for smartphones and tablets so you can take your library with you wherever you go.

It is quick, simple and free to download. Within minutes you’ll be able to read library eBooks and listen to Audiobooks across a multiple array of devices. You can even read and listen offline.

Just log in once, begin reading and then when you exit, your place is automatically bookmarked and saved so you can pick up right where you left off the next time you log in.

READY TO SEE WHAT’S POSSIBLE?
1. Using the app, find your School or Public Library.
2. Login to authenticate yourself as a student of the school or library member (using your library card ID).
3. Search, browse, look inside/ sample audio, borrow and reserve.

Titles return automatically after the loan period so there is no need to worry about late fees, otherwise you can choose to return them early too. The App also synchronises reading location, highlights, notes and settings between devices.

Same glitch for me 😑😒 ,

I used to love this app, but now it will. Not. Work. I have tried deleting the app, using other accounts (Apple and in the app), resetting my device, logging out and even another device.
The problem is that ,all of a sudden, all my books are unavailable. I can request, but not read a book, and all the books I was previously reading/ read have disappeared (from the small list titled 'My Loans' on the home page) so I can’t even continue them!

Could you please update to fix this bug!

Great App for Borrowing eBooks and Audioooks

Hello, this is Cynthia Lu here,
I have been using this app to borrow books for my school library ever since the distant learning started in Brisbane. I love this app. It contains a lot of eBooks and Audiobooks for you to borrow. There are great books there and you could see if they are available or not by looking at their signs. You could choose the type of books you want like for example, you could browse which means look through and maybe borrow the book you have an interest in. I am interested in storms so I borrowed an audiobook all about it. You could choose books for children, teenagers and adults and you could pick the library you want to borrow your books from. My friends have also been using that and I know this might sound a little annoying to read books online but it is actually fun.

Bad customer service after app glitching

Reserved a title that was very popular (over a month wait list)
Was almost able to borrow and it glitched and deleted from my reserve list
Informed customer service and was told they would investigate, and I would have to go back to the end of the queue after waiting over a month and the queue currently saying almost 2 months. I was annoyed and question why they couldn’t fix it and return me to my place in the queue. The response I receive was that they had to investigate my claim. A veiled accusation of me lying. I would think the proof of my having borrowed/ reserved the rest of the books a month ago would be in my favour but apparently not.
What is the point of customer service if they don’t help. I could’ve just reserved it again myself. I wanted to return to my place in the queue not have to go to the end again just because their system glitched
