Can you please fix this problem?!
Hey! This app is really great and I can find my favourite songs and listen to them. But my problem is, I could only download my songs to listen to offline when I first got the app and I can’t download anymore as the download button has disappeared. I have tried deleting and reinstalling the app but it doesn’t come back and it only deleted the songs that I already downloaded so I have no songs to listen to offline! Can you please fix this for me some how?

I have a suggestion I would really love added.
I love this app! It’s amazing, Probably one of the best music apps i’ve tried. I have no problems except for the fact that it is quite laggy. But I have a suggestion that I would really appreciate being added to the app, It would be great if there was a feature where you can turn off and on the music video on a song. My internet is quite slow so the music video playing while I am listening to the song makes it take a long time for the song to load which is quite annoying. And because of the iOS picture in picture feature every time I exit the app whilst listening to music the music video of the song pops into the corner of my screen which is quite annoying. It would be a small but handy feature that i’m sure many would appreciate! Thank you for your great app 😊
Problem with downloaded songs
I love the fact that this app allows you to have a great variety of music to select from and that you can download it but, sometimes the songs that you downloaded aren’t available offline anymore for some reason. For instance, you see the green dot below the song you downloaded but when you get out of the app and get in again, the green dot is gone and so your now allowed to listen to that song again offline. It’s not just one song, it could be a playlist of songs that you downloaded that don’t play offline again. Please get this problem fixed as soon as possible as eSound is a great app to listen to music for free offline, which is one of the many reasons why many people use it. Sometimes, the green dot appears, sometimes it disappears, please ensure the green dot representing a downloaded song is permanent and always shows up, please get this fixed asap.
