The app is available to you if you have a current subscription to Therapeutic Guidelines and log in with a username and password. Simply log in to the app as you would on the website. If you access Therapeutic Guidelines through your place of work or study without a password, you will need to organise a token for access. Contact your institution directly for further instructions.

Appalling app
Used for years now and it’s still hopeless. Launches to a blank screen after registering. Uninstalled and reinstalled then says my token has already been used! The fact that this app contains potentially life saving information and can’t be accessed at the time of need is a disgrace. TG: You make great content but whoever you’ve got making this app to is taking you for a ride. Cut your losses and make something that works.

Highly dysfunctional app
Over the years I have used this app it frequently fails to work. It either won’t start up or just gives a blank white screen when searching for various conditions.
I have experienced the blank white page when searching conditions frequently on the desktop version at work too

App not working
The app opens a blank page which is frozen and nothing happens.
Despite previous contact with developers, they have not made any improvement and is still the same for the past 2 years. How long does it take really to fix a bug?
