Needs a lot of improvements

I had no issues with the old app, I had all my details verified and the new app said it would transfer these details. When I opened the new app it wanted to verify all my details again. Major problem is that you can’t. It continuously fails to validate my identity, tried multiple times and gave up. Was able to quickly book a car through the website with no issues. After booking through the website my booking appeared in the app that was still asking me to verify my details 🤪

Another quality piece of software brought to you by Europcar. Migrate my existing account over as suggested, but then told I need to verify everything. I try to, and the phone verification just throws an error every time, so now I’m completely unable to verify my already verified account that I’ve used for years for several rentals, and now can no longer use the services. Excellent job guys, guess it’s time to start using a different rental agency all together, because I am about done with your pathetic apps and systems

The second I tried to log in it locked me out from all Eurocar platforms. I can’t even reset my password. Tried to speak to customer service and they can’t even unlock my account, have to email loyalty program team and it takes days! What a joke!
