session timing
The session timer is way too short… 10 minutes to type in all my card details, enter email address, phone number and personal details. Might just be me but i can’t keep up with that. And then when the timer runs out i have to restart the whole process ! it doesn’t even save
Payment won’t work
The app won’t let you pay using credit card or PayPal despite having sections to pay using them. Only use of the app is to organise tickets for the movie and if it doesn’t work then what’s the point. I’m currently using the most up-to-date version, tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app and made sure I am using the current iPhone software using an iPhone 12. Tried contacting the company, but they weren’t any help, they closed the case before it was resolved then tried asking how they did. Given they didn’t fix anything and I still have the same issue, what to you think? Don’t bother contacting the company if there’s an issue, they won’t do anything other than telling you to update your software and try uninstalling and reinstalling the app.

Messed up booking seats
Booking seats service is a mess, and I’m highly recommend you to not use. There is changing seats or sections but never works the way, and it’s unable to change it all the time.
I know ticket price is different between cinema and times but is it a right movement to NOT able to change sections all the times? Don’t you knew the other cinema can do the services that ask extra cash when I change to more expensive sections, or ask the most expensive price for a first time but give back the remaining fees when I checked in? Is that really hard?
If you’re asking over a 1-4 dollars for a booking itself. Bring the service that least works. You’re always brings the whole disappointment.
