Great game but important fault
This game is great and really fun. However after roughly 15 minutes of play the game glitches and kicks me from the app. Every time it does this and I reload the game I as a result I lose a heart or my score streak during an event. This really bums me out as it loose stuff and it interrupts my game play. Could you please look into fixing this issue. Thank you 😊

We're terribly sorry to hear you're having issues with the game. If you can provide us with more information about the issue in game settings, we would be more than happy to look into this further. Go into the settings menu that is located in the top right corner and use the Contact Us button under Help & Support. Thank you!
Disappointed
As the Team Leader of one of the teams, I have watched with dismay lives being given freely from one team member to another, change from every day to a mere trickle by just the same few every time. One of the members has now stated that every life you give to someone, costs you diamonds. Is this so? If true, it’s no wonder members of a team aren’t supporting each other! You will lose players!
I note you have not responded to my query, as above.
Today I inadvertently pressed a button I did not intend to do, and the game has come up with the idea that I want to change teams. I DO NOT WISH TO DO SO, but the game will not allow me to get out of it! Please help!

Thank you for sharing your experience and rating the game! By helping your team members and giving lives, you can win 2 diamonds and improve your Help score. There is no decrease in the amounts of diamond you're having. New levels and events coming soon, stay tuned:)
Brilliant game but suddenly not working
Amazing game and I love the no adds. I’ve been playing for god knows how long now and I’m up to waiting for new levels so playing in the “masters” except all of a sudden it seems to have crashed, nothing team related works, can’t ask for lives or give lives, levels aren’t being counted in the team tournament, and now it’s crashed and my save is gone, it won’t let me sign in via my log in.. quite disappointing as so much time has gone into it..
