I purchased tickets for two of my favourite online events, but both returned “You don’t have access to the event” even though I logged in and re-logged in many times. This has been an absolute waste of my time and it really is rather frustrating because organizers of both events replied that they could not get to the bottom of the issue. Please fix it.
Useless search & filter platform

The concept of Eventbrite is awesome. I use it often and when straight forward, preferably with a link from a vendor for something you already know exists, it’s simple to reserve your ticket. But the search platform is utterly useless. And customer service is non-existent to give feedback or request help as a user. Word searches don’t work, at all, regardless if you know the exact name of event or organiser or follow them already. Date filters are restrictive. Map search doesn’t work, and won’t let you update your local zone. Navigating to the event page from within your ticket is laborious and circular. The phone app and website function inconsistently. Support/Contact us page is ridiculously limited, and circular. Calling the only (inappropriate) number offered to pretend to be a new vendor in order to speak to someone results in 53min of “Your wait time is currently 30seconds” on repeat, with an option to leave your number, which won’t connect, just circles back to answering machine repeats until you give up. Vendors can invite you to their Eventbrite event with a link but it will set up a duplicate account if from an alternate email than you normally login with, without your knowledge, and there’s no way for you to resolve your duplicate account or consolidate! It’s been this way for years. They’re clearly not interested in taking feedback to improve. What a shame to have such amazing opportunities to connect to events, that you can’t find in the first place.
Works well enough

Never quite sure what is going on.Inability to associate an account with multiple email addresses or perhaps calendars. I have multiple ISP email addresses as well as gmail+outlook (which have calendars too).If I get an invite on one email address but my Eventbrite is associated with another, I do not wish to reveal that email to the organiser, just the email they already have harvested.Similarly I want to push some events to a private calendar and others to a work one.It works well enough but not great.
More and more reliable and great UX

Massive shoutout to how well this works now! The UX for apple is incredible!Hope you don’t start overthinking the design - the easy link and access to my wallet and calendar helps with making sure I don’t miss a beat - love the paperless functionality - Just hope Australian wifi and internet finally comes to the party?!!! - still reigns true even now!
