There is so much to love about this app from the recipes to the movies to the podcasts. Pete interviews some amazing people and allows space for critical thinking. Everyone can benefit from this app from improving their diet one step at a time with easy meal plans to follow, to also improving their mind and allowing space for narratives that are not constantly pushed onto you from the msm. Get the app and allow yourself to Evolve

Flicking through recipes in the various meal planners and there is a lot of missing data in the ingredients list. In fact the more recipes I view the more missing data there is so I can’t actually go shopping for the ingredients if I don’t actually know what the ingredients are. Kind of makes all the recipes unusable without all the data being available. Basically paid for the subscription for the month but cannot use the recipes which is a bummer. Would raise rating if that was fixed as well the fact I can’t seem to see an option to generate a weekly shopping list for the meal plans. Maybe there isn’t one or maybe I’m overlooking it? Having a shopping list generated for the week would be awesome rather than trying to work out manually what I need for the entire week. I love the general idea of the app and what it’s trying to achieve though. Looking forward to seeing the data bug fixed. Unsubscribing until the data bug is at least fixed. Looking forward to being able to use a paleo meal planner.

Such a great site for people who are not brainwashed and who want to learn to live a healthy fulfilling life. Mind, Body & Spirit. When you finally realise that we make government no money when we’re healthy, it will all fall into place for you.
