Export notes from Notes.app
- Notes can be exported to markdown or HTML format.
- Creation & modification dates of notes are preserved.
- Notes are stored in directories named after the notebooks in which they are stored in Notes.app.
- Notes in same notebook having same name are renamed to avoid old notes being re-written by new ones.
- Support for exporting attachments of type - JPEG, PNG, GIF, TIFF & BMP while exporting in markdown format.

Doesn’t export URLs within hyperlinked text but exports normal URLs just fine.
A for such a HQ free app to fight vendor lock-in
A for providing such a high quality free app to fight vendor lock-in by big tech. It even assists with Apple's bug (aka "feature") in overwriting your image file names, by renaming them to the note name.
Fails (gracefully) occasionally with certain charsets and note structures, but it tells you where the error occurred so you can fiddle with that note or corrupted file until fixed.
Apple should BUY this app..
Apple should BUY this app to PAY the developer for hte work they have done on something that should be in Apple Notes. Exporting to PDF doesn't cut it.
Thanks for a great app, I can sleep easy now knowing I can easily export all my notes and take them elsewhere if/when needed.
