Really liking the new version of the app! Great new bonus features like built in speed test & time connected plus lots of advanced options. And my absolute favourite part is I can now update the app without disconnecting from the VPN - game changer! I used to forget and it would freeze the whole AppStore app! What a pleasure to use a fully rebuilt app that actually works from the start! And you’re still pushing small regular updates!Thank you for making a new app that worked from day one! It shouldn’t be so ground breaking - but with so many developers releasing really buggy versions it’s refreshing to find a team that waited for a product that was great before release! Thank You!!

I’ve been using this service for almost a year, Australia based, from the Australian App Store, but I also use this service on my windows laptop. I’ve never used the extra features like password keeping, I honestly don’t do much that would test out the service, but it works as it should for a basic user- occasionally there’ll be a message to say there’s high traffic, but it’s always been fixed by the time I’ve gotten to the app to see if I should switch servers.The only thing I should mention is the reason I was checking this page (and noticed all the frustration from China based users) was because there was an update queued that I went to download, and every time I tried to download it I became disconnected from both cellular and wifi service and had to restart my phone- this has happened to me occasionally before I started using this service, related to using eSIM, but I’ve tried 3-4 times this morning. I’ll leave it be for now and check back in a few days.

It works most of the time and it’s really fast in those days when it works. The downfall tho is that when it doesn’t work, it doesn’t work for all day…and the technology support can only routinely say things like they understand the frustration so and so but no further suggestions are putting forward…Look, I understand it’s difficult to resolve technical problems in an hour or so and I totally agree with some of the comments about this app is so out there, so firewalls are designed after them 🤣…but historical version shows nothing has been done regarding connection issues…so I doubt anyone is trying to do anything and this will ever be fixed for users in China! Update: 3 weeks not working (and I bought a 3-month plan and only working for the first two weeks.) So users trying to connect in China, don’t waste your money at the moment…it’s not working at all now! I will keep updating! I hope this will work again but have already bought another vpn.After 2 months breaking down, it’s now working!

I live in Sydney and I have to travel to China for a month in the January 2023. I purchased one month plan for the purpose of using the high rated VPN in China so I can stay in touch with my work, my family and many more. But when I landed in China and turned on this VPN, it was struggling to connecting all the servers I was trying to connect. The VPN was redirecting at all times and it will never connect to every single server. It won’t connect no matter I was using a wifi or mobile data! And there was a strange thing that when I turned on the VPN I lost my wifi connection and turned it off, wifi come back automatically. Luckily, I can access to Apple Store to write this review. Do not waste your money when you are travelling to China. I now can only use iMessage to my Australian friends who are using ios systems. I can’t use my gmail, that meant I can not work at all! Will ask for refund when I go back to Australia.
