Availability unavailability
I like the app over in comparison to the previous app my organisation used, but one thing I hate is the unavailability I feel this has been made to be more complicated than it needs to be and is very confusing. Not only confusing to myself as a supporter worker but my organisation seem to get confused by this also

A very hit and miss App
This App is quite unreliable, needs good mobile reception and fails to update properly.
I currently have a blank page which is useless
Needs bug fixes urgently
