Supersonic IT
This is one of the best ever happened in NDIS space. It saved straight 65 hours per week doing invoicing and payroll. What a breeze it is with this just one process. We are able to create discipline among our staff who was notorious for not adding the notes, not showing up for shifts on time. Now if they don’t show up they know that exact time will be logged and salaries will be deducted. Compliance on the go is another bliss. All of our staff is now compliant. We are not chasing them anymore for their required documents. HR is built into the system. You can sign contracts, write business letters, policies, concerns, engagement with staff, you name the feature and it has it. List is endless. Please go for this app, highly recommend. I like the app over in comparison to the previous app my organisation used, but one thing I hate is the unavailability I feel this has been made to be more complicated than it needs to be and is very confusing. Not only confusing to myself as a supporter worker but my organisation seem to get confused by this also

A very hit and miss App

This App is quite unreliable, needs good mobile reception and fails to update properly. I currently have a blank page which is useless Needs bug fixes urgently
