No phone number is publicly available by the website, all guides to this app. I used it the first time and an error: Well that’s weird! Sorry, we were unable to get your order to Furbilicious Kebabs - Pimpama. Please try again and if that does not work then ring Furbilicious Kebabs - Pimpama on quoting a mobile phone number to place your order. Call through no ring stating unavailable. Also stated I have not been charged for this order. Check my bank, outstanding authorisation. Go instore to have the person state no order has been received, even after showing the errors and the outstanding authorisation transaction. The person at the counter said they couldn’t help as it’s through the app. So I called my bank, the payment actually has gone through and now I’m disputing. I don’t trust this app, and poor customer service instore.
